A natural leader and problem solver, Stephanie Brown’s previous work experience and degrees in behavioral sciences and human resources uniquely equip her to be Ramo Law’s Chief Operating Officer. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has re-vamped the firm’s accounting system and been front and center for the onboarding of all new vendors and employees.

Stephanie handles day-to-day business operations for Ramo Law including financial management, risk management, facilities management, and information systems. She also oversees the firm’s various departments, including IT, Administration, Project Management, and Human Resources, ensuring they run smoothly with her solution-oriented take charge attitude.

Prior to joining Ramo Law, Stephanie taught in New York for nine years as a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and worked as a Budget Supervisor for a large home heating oil company for ten years. She holds degrees in human resources and behavioral science.
