Lindsey Roth
For over 10 years, Lindsey Roth has supported writers, directors, and producers in the development, production, and distribution of film and television productions. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating writer agreements, shopping agreements, option/purchase agreements, director agreements, producer agreements, sales agency agreements, and distribution agreements. Lindsey collaborates with clients to identify deal structures that will achieve their goals while protecting their interests. Recent projects include Seekers of Infinite Love starring Hannah Einbinder and Justin Theroux, and Mister starring Walton Goggins and Chloë Grace Moretz.
Lindsey began her career working for independent production companies, where she facilitated the closing of production loans for films with budgets exceeding $10M. She grew up in the Midwest immersed in movies and musicals, and attended University of San Diego (B.A., Theatre Arts and Performance Studies, 2012) and Chapman University Fowler School of Law (J.D., Entertainment Law Certificate, 2026).
