For years, Ellye Ferguson (Field) has traveled the world and appeared on the front page of magazines as a globally famous plus-size supermodel. The modeling industry may be filled with ups and downs, plenty of varying personalities, and more photo shoots than one can count, but Ellye is about to face her biggest hurdle yet after learning that she’s going to be a mother. Ready to rise to the occasion, the expecting parent decides to prepare for a home birth and invites her over-the-top family to join her for this milestone experience. Not fully understanding her misstep until it’s too late, Ellye soon realizes she has opened the floodgates for family trauma of multitudes and is forced to keep it cool in the days leading up to — and after — her delivery.
