Aila Kim
Aila Kim provides support to the media finance, corporate, and music teams. Her work spans the full range of the firm’s transactional activity, including film and media financing, corporate structuring for independent productions, and music rights and publishing. Kim works alongside attorneys whose clients include major film financiers, independent producers, and content creators.
Prior to joining RAMO, Kim was an assistant in the litigation practice group at Big Law, where she developed a strong foundation in legal procedure and case management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with a specialization in Entertainment and Tourism from California State University, Fullerton.
When she is not helping to move complex, multi-party transactions forward, Kim is a certified Pilates instructor and an avid music festival attendee.
