With extensive experience representing some of the industry’s biggest companies and talent, Nick Reder brings his unique perspective to RAMO, handling business and legal affairs at the highest level. Reder began his career at Marvel Studios, guiding the company through its earliest stages through Phase 2. He played a pivotal role in securing one of Netflix’s first original programming deals for five Marvel shows. As Senior Vice President at Boat Rocker/Platform One, Reder was instrumental in the success of numerous productions, including Palm Royale, Invasion, American Rust, and Beacon 23. His expertise extends beyond traditional film and TV to include merchandise, endorsements, product placement, live events, advertising, promotions, publishing, video games, and emerging technologies. Reder has represented some of Hollywood’s biggest names, both in a legal capacity and in growing their businesses and brands.
Building on this impressive foundation, Reder has over a dozen years of experience as an executive at major legacy studios and representing A-level talent. He has negotiated best-in-class deals and comes to RAMO at a time of success and growth. Reder contributes to RAMO’s continued achievements, including in its ever-expanding business affairs practice in the fields of film and TV.
